E-Learning Platform
The partners are going to develop a web platform for the partnership's network, for accessing learning materials and a network database enabling tutors/mentors to upload, upgrade, archive resources on their own; implementing evaluation e-forms for gathering feedback from individuals who have attended training courses, and incorporating various open information resources.
Course 1&2
In this part of the project we design courses, namely Course 1 (Creation & Design of Digital Course for Adults 55+ in employability/entrepreneurship Soft Skills) and Course 2 (Creation & Design of a Digital Training Course for mentors/trainers). Course 1 is meant for our target group – unemployed or entrepreneurial Adults aged 55 +. Course 2 is meant for trainers and coaches who will be guiding and supporting adults 55+ on the path to employability and entrepreneurship.
Piloting
The 3-day piloting activity will serve as a test of the e-Platform, fine-tuning opportunity and will also provide mentors with hands-on experience and expertise on the platform's functionalities. For optimization of resources it is contemplated as a combined piloting and training activity for educators/mentors of 1. target group/ Adults 55+. The key areas covered will include platform functionality exploration, resource integration and interactive teaching strategies, assessment design, course and material testing, feedback gathering.
