Silver Edge Erasmus+ project aims to empower adults aged 55+, especially those unemployed or aspiring entrepreneurs, by equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today’s dynamic job market.

Our Objectives
This platform provides access to teaching resources, allows trainers to update content, and supports interactive learning. The courses focus on practical skills and professional development, and also offer guidance for instructors. A piloting phase ensures the platform is continually improved by refining features and gathering feedback from mentors.

Target Groups
1. Target Group
Individuals aged 55+, who have been impacted by unemployment, particularly due to the sudden and unprecedented challenges of the recently turbulent job market.
2. Target Group
Staff of partners organizations, chiefly educators and also may include HR professional, digital platform and material developers, and curriculum professionals.
3. Target Group
Employers and their HR departments, who can tap into the newly acquired skills and talents of individuals aged 55+ and local employment agencies.
